Scott Nolan
Born in Toronto and raised in Winnipeg, Nolan hasn’t been without an instrument in his hands as far back as he can remember. His efforts in several bands, soon directed him toward a strong solo career that has secured him a place in the ranks of the country’s finest songwriters and performers. A seasoned multi-instrumentalist, Nolan has recorded (alongside bandmate and drummer Joanna Miller) with several modern Americana tastemakers, including the Holmes Brothers, Hayes Carll and Gurf Morlix and Mary Gauthier. With five full-length recordings, two Western Canadian Music Award nominations and countless tours, “Bad Liver/Broken Heart” – a track from Nolan’s record, Receiver/Reflector – won second prize in the International Songwriting Competition in the Americana category.
Scott Nolan est né et a grandi à Toronto. D’autant qu’il se souvienne, il a toujours eu un instrument à la main. Fort de ses expériences dans plusieurs formations, il s’est taillé une place comme artiste solo parmi les meilleurs auteurs-compositeurs et interprètes du pays.
Multi-instrumentiste chevronné, Scott a enregistré aux côtés de Joanna Miller (batteur et membre du groupe) avec plusieurs créateurs modernes de tendance du style Americana, dont les Holmes Brothers, Hayes Carll et Gurf Morlix et Mary Gauthier.
Il compte à son actif cinq albums, deux nominations aux Western Canadian Music Awards et de nombreuses tournées. La pièce Bad Liver / Broken Heart de l’album Receiver / Reflector a remporté le deuxième prix du International Songwriting Competition dans la catégorie Americana.

Jann Klose
Jann Klose is an award-winning pop singer-songwriter who has released five albums and two EPs. Klose was raised in Kenya, South Africa, Germany, and the United States and now resides in New York City. His new duo album STEREOPTICON (2016), recorded with Grammy® nominated guitarist Gary Lucas and lyricist Dan Beck is now available on the Cosmic Trigger label.
Jann’s solo album, MOSAIC (2013) entered the Roots Rock charts at #22 and won three 2014 Independent Music Awards. The record also made the first round of the 2014 Grammys® in the categories Pop Vocal Album and Album Of The Year.
Jann Klose est un chanteur compositeur-interprète pop primé, qui a enregistré cinq albums et deux maxis. Klose a grandi au Kenya, en Afrique du Sud, en Allemagne et aux États-Unis et réside maintenant à New York. Strawbs
As Strawbs celebrate four decades of music making, it is still difficult to categorise the unique sound that has made them Britain’s most successful international progressive folk-rock band.
David Cousins, who leads the group, has been described by the influential All Music Guide as: “the most talented Dylan influenced songwriter to come out of England”.
Acoustic Strawbs comprise David Cousins, along with lead guitarist Dave Lambert, and the astonishingly versatile Chas Cronk, who together formed the front-line of the classic 1970s line-up of Strawbs which had a remarkable seven consecutive albums in the Billboard Top 200 in the USA.
Strawbs célèbre quatre décennies de musique et pourtant, il est encore difficile de classer le son unique qui a fait d’eux le groupe britannique le plus populaire de folk- rock progressif à l’échelle internationale.
David Cousins, meneur du groupe, a été décrit par l'influent All Music Guide comme étant le plus talentueux compositeur influencé par Dylan à émerger d’Angleterre.
Le trio version acoustique de Strawbs est constitué de David Cousins, du guitariste Dave Lambert, et du très polyvalent Chas Cronk. Ils ont fait partie du groupe original Strawbs des années 70 qui compte sept albums consécutifs dans le top 200 du Billboard aux Etats-Unis.

Jeffery Straker
Singer-songwriter-pianist Jeffery Straker performs over 100 shows per year across Canada. He has recorded for CBC radio’s ‘Canada Live’, had a music video chart in the top 10 on Much More Music Canada and has toured internationally as far as Peru, Mexico and Ghana. His tour stops range from intimate house concerts to club and theatre shows and include recent sold-out concerts with Canadian symphony orchestras in Saskatoon, Regina and Sudbury. The review following his orchestral debut read: “Straker was simply spectacular…clearly one of the province’s best cultural exports”. Canadian Musician Magazine has said, “Very much an artist to watch” while the Chicago Free Press has written, “Rufus Wainwright, as well as k.d. lang are among the Canadians making essential and beautiful music. Add the name Jeffery Straker to that list”. His latest career boost came from winning the prestigious Vina del Mar (Chile) song competition in February 2014 where he represented Canada. Performing live to a festival crowd of 20,000 people and to a TV audience of 100,000,000 viewers across the Spanish speaking world he quickly gained a fan following putting him in demand for performances in Latin America.
